1. Ask before paid work begins
Before paying for a service, you should receive or request a clear explanation of the professional assistance being purchased, the applicable ImmiGlobus service fee, and any known official or third-party charges that are separate.
2. Cancellation before work starts
If you ask to cancel before agreed professional work has started, contact us promptly. Any refundable portion of an ImmiGlobus professional fee will be assessed against the payment status, agreed scope and any costs already committed, and confirmed to you in writing.
3. Cancellation after work has started
Once consultation, document review, application preparation, appointment-related work or other agreed professional work has begun, the portion of the fee relating to completed or committed work may be non-refundable. The assessment depends on the actual service stage and any service-specific written terms provided to you.
4. Government and third-party fees
Government, embassy, consular, visa-centre, biometric, courier, translation, insurance and other third-party fees are controlled by those providers. Once paid, booked or remitted, their refundability is governed by the relevant provider's rules and cannot be guaranteed by ImmiGlobus.
5. Visa refusal or delay
A refusal, delay, additional-document request, appointment change or other official decision does not automatically make an ImmiGlobus professional service fee refundable because the fee is for the private assistance performed, not for a guaranteed official outcome.
6. How to request cancellation
Call us or contact us through WhatsApp with your name, phone number and enough information for us to identify the service. Please do not send payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive identification documents in the initial message.
7. Written service terms
If a specific quotation, invoice or engagement document gives more detailed cancellation terms for a particular service, those service-specific written terms should be read together with this policy.
