1. Nature of our service
ImmiGlobus is an independent private consultancy offering visa-application preparation, documentation guidance, appointment-stage guidance and related travel-document assistance. We are not an embassy, consulate or government authority, we do not issue visas, and we cannot make or influence an official decision.
2. Official channels remain available
Using ImmiGlobus is optional. Applicants may use relevant official government, embassy, consular or visa-centre channels directly without engaging or paying ImmiGlobus.
3. No guarantee of approval, appointment or processing time
Visa eligibility, document requirements, appointments, interviews, biometrics, processing times and final decisions are determined by the relevant authorities or service centres. We do not guarantee approval, an appointment date, expedited government processing or any particular outcome.
4. Your responsibility for accurate information
You are responsible for providing truthful, complete and current information, reviewing application information before it is submitted, and complying with official requirements. You should immediately tell us if information changes or if you identify an error.
5. Requirements can change
Government and visa-centre requirements may change without notice. Guidance is based on information reasonably available at the time. Current official instructions should be checked before submission, appointment attendance or travel.
6. Professional fees and third-party charges
ImmiGlobus may charge a professional fee for private assistance. Government, embassy, consular, visa-centre, biometric, courier, translation, insurance or other third-party charges are separate unless a written quotation explicitly states that a particular charge is included.
7. Payment does not purchase an official outcome
Payment to ImmiGlobus is payment for the agreed private professional service. It does not purchase, secure or guarantee a visa, appointment or favourable decision.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund handling is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Any service-specific written quotation or engagement terms may also identify work stages and non-refundable third-party charges.
9. Phone and WhatsApp contact
Calling or messaging ImmiGlobus does not itself create a government application, reserve an appointment or guarantee that ImmiGlobus will accept an engagement. Initial communication is used to understand the assistance you are asking about.
